After two days of talks, threats and pressures, the Constitutional Court has made it clear (hopefully, we'll see) that the law is equal for all. One minute would be enough to emphasize the Article 3 of the Constitution, but we are in Italy and then took us 48 hours. There was some constitutional court (6 out of 15, they say) who thought otherwise. Luckily it was in the minority. Berlusconi returns to its natural status, that of defendant. And maybe the President Napolitano will reflect on that signature on a law unconstitutional, one of many. It 'nice to know we at least guarantee that an institution has not yet been sold to the end.
